1. Overview
This policy explains what information the Someday team (the "Operator") processes when providing the Someday mobile application (the "App"), why it is processed, how long it is kept, and what rights you have. We comply with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and the EU GDPR where applicable.
2. Information we do NOT collect
- Real name, phone number, email address — the App uses anonymous authentication only; there is no sign-up form.
- Location — the App does not request location permissions.
- Payment details (card numbers, etc.) — payments are handled by Google Play / the App Store; the App cannot access them.
- Contacts or photo library — the App does not access your contacts or photos.
- Analytics / crash-reporting SDKs — the App does not embed analytics or crash-reporting tools.
3. Information you provide

5. About AI processing
- Chat messages are sent to AI model providers (such as OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not share your conversations with third parties for purposes other than response generation and safety review.
- All characters, conversations, and images are AI-generated fictional content and do not depict real people.
- Conversations pass through automated safety review; content blocked for policy violations may be logged to protect the service.
- AI responses may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, etc.). If you are in crisis, please contact your local helpline.
6. Age policy
This service is for adults aged 19 or older only. Age is checked using the date of birth entered during onboarding; minors cannot use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we delete accounts confirmed to belong to minors.

8. Retention and deletion
- Account data, chat history, story progress, and coin/purchase records are deleted without delay when you delete your account (Section 9).
- Published user-created content is kept for display until you delete it or it is hidden for policy violations.
- Safety review logs may be retained to prevent abuse, within the scope permitted by applicable law.
- Automatically collected data is retained according to each processor's policy.
9. Account and data deletion
- In the App — Settings > Delete account immediately deletes your account and all server-side data (chat history, coins, subscription status). This cannot be undone.
- If you cannot access the App — contact developerdoga@gmail.com and we will delete your data without delay after verification.
- Uninstalling the App deletes on-device data (login state, settings) but not server data — use account deletion to remove server data.
10. Your rights
- Opt out of ad personalization — Android: Settings > Google > Ads (reset or delete Advertising ID) / iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Stop push notifications — revoke the notification permission in your device settings at any time.
- For access, correction, or restriction requests, contact us using the details below.
11. International transfers
Automatically collected data and AI-processed data may be processed on the servers of the respective processors (Google, OpenAI, etc.) located in the United States and elsewhere. Each processor applies lawful safeguards such as standard contractual clauses under its own policy.
12. Security
All network communication is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Server-side data is stored in access-controlled environments.
13. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will post the revised version and its effective date on this page. Material changes will be announced separately in the App.
