1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the Someday mobile application (the "Service") provided by the Someday team (the "Operator"), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Operator.
2. Nature of the Service
- The Service is an entertainment service offering conversations with AI-generated virtual characters, interactive stories, and creation tools.
- All characters, conversations, images, and stories are fictional, AI-generated content unrelated to real people or events.
- AI responses may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, etc.). If you are in crisis, please seek help from a professional service or your local helpline.
3. Eligibility
- The Service is available only to adults aged 19 or older. You must enter your accurate date of birth during onboarding; you bear any disadvantage arising from false entries.
- The Operator may restrict use and delete the account without prior notice if a user is confirmed to be a minor.
4. Accounts
- The Service is used with a device-based anonymous account without separate sign-up.
- Anonymous accounts are tied to the device (app installation). Uninstalling the app, changing devices, or deleting the account makes the account and its balances unrecoverable.
- You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete account; chat history, coins, and subscription status are destroyed immediately upon deletion.
5. Paid services — coins and subscriptions
- Some content (choices, content unlocks, cooldown skips, etc.) uses the in-app currency "coins", which can be purchased via Google Play / App Store in-app purchases or earned through rewarded ads and similar means.
- VIP subscriptions renew automatically per billing cycle; you can stop renewal in the store's subscription management.
- Refunds follow the refund policies of Google Play / the App Store and applicable law. Coins already spent and digital content whose use has begun may be excluded from withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.
- Coins granted free of charge (sign-up bonus, ad rewards, events) are non-refundable and may expire under conditions set by the Operator.
- If the Service is discontinued, the Operator will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused paid coins in accordance with applicable law.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to generate illegal content, including any sexual depiction of minors;
- Impersonate real people or create content infringing others' rights (likeness, copyright, etc.);
- Attempt to bypass safety filters, exploit vulnerabilities, or use abnormal means (bots, macros);
- Reverse-engineer or crawl the Service, or use it commercially without the Operator's prior consent;
- Engage in any other conduct that violates applicable law or public order.
The Operator may remove content, restrict use, or delete accounts for violations.
7. User-generated content — Creator Studio
- You retain copyright in the characters and content you create and publish in the Studio ("UGC").
- By publishing UGC, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, and display it for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account (except that other users' in-progress use may continue to a reasonable extent).
- All UGC undergoes automated AI review before publication; the Operator may refuse publication or hide/remove content that violates policy, including after publication.
- You can report inappropriate content in the App; the Operator reviews reports and takes action.
8. Intellectual property
- Rights in the Service and the Operator's official characters, stories, images, and trademarks belong to the Operator.
- You may use AI conversations and images generated during your use of the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Changes and interruption of the Service
- The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service and will give prior notice of material changes.
- The Service may be temporarily interrupted due to causes beyond the Operator's control, such as force majeure or outages of external AI providers.
10. Limitation of liability
- The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from decisions or actions you take in reliance on the Service.
- This does not apply to damages caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
11. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the Service shall be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
12. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law. Amendments and their effective dates will be posted on this page, and material changes unfavorable to users will be announced in advance in the App.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on July 9, 2026.
